1. Shipping Destinations

Bridhi.in unequivocally delivers products to every part of the Indian continent. Your orders will be efficiently delivered by our carefully selected courier services, ensuring swift and reliable delivery within India. Please be aware that shipping and delivery times may fluctuate based on your specific location. Note that we do not ship to international locations at this time.

2. Shipping Partners

We collaborate with a variety of reputable logistics and courier partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders. The choice of shipping partner may vary based on the destination state.

3. Shipping Times

All orders (except Shakha and Pola products) will be dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving the order from our warehouse. Shakha and Pola's orders will be dispatched within 3 to 7 business days of receiving the order from our warehouse. Standard shipping times are estimated between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Please note that these are general guidelines and actual delivery times may vary.
Important Note:
a) Orders placed in festive seasons, sales, and offer periods might get delayed. While we try our best to dispatch at the earliest, we request you cooperate with us.
b) Orders (except Shakha and Pola products) placed on Saturdays & Sundays will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from the next working day. Shakha and Pola's orders placed on Saturdays & Sundays will be dispatched within 3 to 7 days from the next working day.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above 1499 INR. Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated clearly before you confirm your purchase.
Note:
* For the orders of Rs.1000 to Rs.1499 a shipping charge of Rs.80 is applicable.
* For the orders below Rs.999, Rs.100 will be charged for delivery.

5. Order Tracking

All registered customers have the option to track their orders using the 'Track Your Order' feature available on our website and app. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

6. Shipment Confirmation and Order Cancellation

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team immediately. Note that we cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders that have already been dispatched.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional charges for reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.

9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

10. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time for products within India is 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation. We will strive to mitigate any potential impact on the delivery schedule in the event of any delay due to governmental authority or any entity acting on behalf of the government. If delivery is not possible within the designated period, we will promptly notify you and proceed to cancel the order. Refunds resulting from such cancellations will be processed directly to your account using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Please check out our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  * For all orders (except Shakha and Pola products), delivery will reliably take 3 to 7 business days in India.
  * Shakha and Pola orders will reliably take 7 to 12 business days to reach customers in India.
We partner with renowned courier agencies to ensure that your products are promptly delivered in pristine condition. As part of our commitment to delivery integrity, we require verification of the recipient's identity to facilitate a smooth and secure product handover.
